Located on the quiet outskirts of the picturesque Village of Imerovigli and perched on the cliffs of the Santorini Caldera, Villa Persephone consists of two connected, yet independent, town house suites. Constructed in the manner traditional to the Santorini Caldera, cylindrical vaults excavated out of the pumice rock in a stepped back layout forming deep caves, at one time a bakery these “yposkafa” have been transformed into a sexy, private holiday villa for rent, ideal for three couples or a group of friends.

Upon entering the lower level suite our guests are welcomed into a fresh and friendly lounging area with built-in, banquette style sofas, ideal for entertaining guests before exploring the local night life or just relaxing in a cool environment during the hottest hours of the day. Beyond a partition resembling an exterior facade, a feature traditional to the islands architecture, is a spacious bedroom with a built in double bed and a stylish, private en-suite bathroom. Available for visiting quests, an additional bathroom is located just off the lounging area. The small yet convenient auxiliary kitchen with an inspirational view of the partially submerged volcanic caldera makes this suite and ideal hide-away for two who wish to spend a Santorini style romantic holiday in privacy while vacationing with friends or family. Two (2) cozy bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, ideal for two couples, are located in the upper level suite. Including a bright, airy living room and well equipped kitchen with dining area, this suite exits to the pergola shaded veranda with a breathtaking view of the world renowned Santorini Archipelago and volcanic caldera, ideal for enjoying a freshly prepared breakfast, sharing sundowners and dining outdoors in the evening.

Enviably located on the caldera cliffs and a leisurely stroll from the center of Imerovigli Village where quests can dine in excellent restaurants, Villa Persephone, a symphony of cool, sculpted, white washed caverns and arches, sundrenched terraces and exceptional views of Santorini?s unique natural environment, welcomes its guests to partake in all it has to offer.
