Upon entering, Villa Agios Ioannis guests are welcomed into a spacious, cozy living room with a high ceiling and an overlooking loft - ideal for casual relaxation and recreational activities. With an amazing view of the ocean, the living room exits to a veranda with a comfortable dining and lounging area that can accommodate up to 6 guests. An external stairway leads from the veranda to the lower veranda and pool area. Adjacent to the living room and down a few steps is a separate, spacious fully equipped and fully functional kitchen and the guest bathroom. 

Descending to the lower level one finds the sleeping quarters, consisting of three bedrooms. The large master bedroom en-suite has a double bed and an exit to the lower veranda and pool area. An adjacent bedroom with bunk beds that can be also dismantled and turned into two single two beds, ideal for children or adults, exits to the lower veranda, as well. A "submariner", with a queen size bed is ideal for a couple who wish to sleep in late. A separate bathroom accommodating the two bedrooms is also found on this level of this Mykonos villa.

A pool on this lower level is perfect for a refreshing morning dive or a dip following a late afternoon siesta, while a couple of sandy beaches, small yet peaceful, make this Mykonos Villa ideal for a group of guests consisted of a family or a group of friends who wish to share a unique vacation experiences in an elegant fashion.
