This villa in Mykonos is located in the North part of the Island, on a terraced hillside in an area known as Ftelia. Situated within a private gated estate, Villa Actis is a "grand jewel" of the Mykonos Grand Villa collection. It is among a few villas that offer beach proximity, as it is within walking distance to the sandy beach of  Ftelia. The Bay of Ftelia with the arid Mykonian landscape has been a “must go” world class windsurfing destination for the last three decades.

Mykonos Villa Actis welcomes our guests onto a spacious, neoclassic style terrace with a large size pool (75m²) surrounded by sun beds and a central outdoor lounging area. Upon entrance into Mykonos Villa Actis at the lower level suite, an open-plan sitting-dining and kitchenette area, furnished and decorated with remarkable taste, invites guests in for a memorable and luxurious stay. With a queen size bed and a separate marble bathroom, this suite is suitable for a single or a couple. An entrance situated at the card playing corner provides access to a stairwell that leads up to the master suite/apartment. The apartment is composed of two separate bedrooms, one en-suite with a queen size bed, the other with two single beds. A separate auxiliary bathroom serves this bedroom. In addition, a kitchenette and a living-dining area from which one can exit onto a private balcony with a majestic Aegean Sea view, provide all the independence that a couple with children may require. A third suite, with an independent entrance, is located on the higher level of this Mykonos villa. Consisting of an elegantly furnished bedroom with a queen size bed and private veranda, complete with a fully equipped, fully functional kitchen, a living-dining area exiting to a spacious veranda with a shaded lounging/dining area and a spectacular view of the Aegean Sea, this suite is suitable for a couple who wish to enjoy their vacation with the at most of privacy. Detached from the main house of Mykonos Villa Actis, is a guest house suite, with a queen size bed, a separate kitchen and bathroom, and a living-dining area that exits to a private veranda with an overview of the entire property, ideal for al fresco dining. The rich in native flora property, surrounding this villa in Mykonos, also includes a central shaded outdoor dining and BBQ area for ten guests, in addition to a meditation gazebo hidden away at the highest terrace. The stunning view of the Aegean Sea, from these common areas is memorable and provides strong inspiration, amply compensating for winter long anticipation.
