This one of a kind villa is built in the typical Mani (stone/castle) style, lovingly restored from its original 1770 tower house with even its wood fire oven still intact.

Though the architecture is the traditional stone style, the villa through refurbishment and extension incorporated a minimal modern approach with a white and grey pallet, a state-of-the-art open plan kitchen, and furnished with impressive antique pieces characteristic to this region of the Peloponnese.

The property is uphill, set in a tranquil unspoiled landscape surrounded by rugged terrain scattered with olive trees, vast mountainous cliffs and the occasional goat nearby. The wild ambience is contrasted by the calm idyllic Mediterranean Sea views and the myriad of birds that sing a different song each morning.

The charm of this beautiful but austere landscape is its unceasing variety and the fact that it is like no other place in Greece. The rustic, wild, charisma found throughout the region and the superb light that envelopes over the small surrounding villages are one of Mani?s best features.

• Entry level: Living/dining, fireplace, fully equipped open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, 1 double bedroom en suite with an independent entrance and connected to the living quarters

• Ground level (independent access): 1 double bedroom en suite and 1 twin single bedroom en suite (each room has a built-in sofa bed suitable for a child) 

• Upper level (independent access): 1 master double bedroom en suite with walk in closet and private veranda. Tower room (accessed from the bedroom): single bed room/study, suitable for teenager
